Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures all staff planning, recruitment, induction, development, appraisal and performance management and contract termination are in line with HR policies and procedures
  • Oversees and co-ordinates all HR administration tasks including benefit administration, payroll, staff data, recording and induction;
  • Handle all vacancies announcements and follow-up the timely collection of applications;
  • Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position including conducting of background and reference check;
  • Maintain and update personnel files in line with the organization’s HR guidelines;
  • Ensure staff insurance, pension and other requirements are fulfilled on a timely manner;
  • Conduct a annual training need assessment and allocate budget for implementation;
  • Handle a proper staff leave management and ensure a timely leave utilization;
  • Conduct an exit interview and prepare an assessment report for a senior management;
  • Coordinates activities such as special events, meetings, training and staff gathering/retreat
  • Perform other duties assigned and delegated by the General Manager


Academic qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management

 Additional qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential
  • Excellent  inter and Intra-personal communication skill
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and well-organized work ethic


Years of experience:

  • BA Degree and 4 years experience Human Resource Management or related fields
