Job Summary: the Job holder is responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative functions and will coordinate all processes and functions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing annual and periodical work plan and deliverable, set KPIs for each unit and periodically measuring their performance;
  • Design ideal strategic plan for business growth;
  • Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
  • Ensuring the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan;
  • Direct and coordinate the operations in cooperation with departments managers;
  • Prepare technical and financial report for Board of Director in a periodical manner;
  • Attain targeted goals in all areas of operational activities;
  • Develop annual budget and sales forecast;
  • Oversee Financial matters and financing relationships;
  • Ensure adequate and appropriate procurement/purchasing is in place;
  • Monitor the day to day activities of each team in terms of coverage, compliance, contacts, and conversion.
  • Providing valuable inputs on activities carried out by the operation unit;
  • Responsible for understanding the client needs & preparing new business proposals along with the budget
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives;
  • Present a positive and professional image to all clients, suppliers and visitors and ensure the standard of the customer service is with high level;
  • Responsible for understanding all related expenses incurred related to each client;
  • Other tasks assigned by Senior Management Team.

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • BA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field

Additional qualifications and skill

  • Ability to scheduling and organizing tasks;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Having strong coaching and training skills;
  • Ability to work in team and has excellent  cooperation and problem solving skill;
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and well-organized;
  • Efficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential;
  • Experience in FMCG is advantageous.

Years of experience: 8 years and above, of which 5 years in a senior management position;
