Job Description

Job Summary

The role mainly focuses on Below the line marketing (activations), Merchandizing and Insight/ Feedback gathering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with stores to ensure proper execution of pop-ups and any Below Line marketing activities.
  • Managing Layout plans of the store and maintaining inventory of products in the store
  • Distributing the company promotional materials in the required outlets at the required time.
  • Gathering information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products
  • Perform research and collect data regarding market trends and consumer satisfaction the analyze the information to identify issues or shortcomings. Be the face of the brand at dispensaries and events, excluding confidence, personality, and friendliness toward customers,
  • Always represent the brand in a professional manner, adhere to uniform guidelines, and refrain from cellphone usage during activations.
  • Transport all promotional material to and from pop-up events.
  • Ensure all customer feedback is relayed accurately to the event and marketing coordinator.
  • Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insight and recommendations conveying analysis and recommendations
  • Conveying analysis and recommendation via presentation and written reports
  • Perform another activity assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Academic qualifications: 

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management or Related Field

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English both writing and speaking
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Flexible and have a positive attitude

Experience: Minimum 3(three)years of experience
