Report to: Chief Operation Officer
Job Summary
The Managing Director involves in guiding and leading the execution of procurement and Logistics, Administration, finance Marketing and Sales activities in order to meet production and Sales targets. Manage the overall performance and coordination for obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality and profitability for the organization while upholding all aspects of compliance and standards and adhering to budget and prescribed criteria. In addition, involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and Supervision) stage to fulfil the company’s policies and goals.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum CSD production, Manpower, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Logistics and resources utilization in day-to-day operations to exceed customers’ expectations;
- Oversee all operations of the CSD and adhere to company policies and procedures;
- Guide and lead plant Manager to enhance productivity adherence to safety, and quality of the CSD product;
- Manage and control the budget for CSD Plant and lead the Sales and Marketing team to ensure maximum sales volume;
- Advice CEO in business development, plant expansion and generating new ideas;
- Collaborate Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and other corporate offices;
- Lead employees to ensure materials and Plant safety, product quality, production efficiency, and maximum sales volume;
- within specified criteria and adhering to applicable plans (such as emergency planning) deal with issues/problems as they arise to minimize impact on production or immediately refer to the department and Plant Manager;
- Plan and organize manpower including hiring various initiatives to coach managers and training of new CSD staff to optimize their capabilities;
- Completing goal setting and performance reviews in a prudent manner;
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining international quality standards;
- Ensure positive relationships between the companies, regulatory body, suppliers and clients;
- Ensure timely arrival of spare parts, raw materials, and Ingredients;
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal products;
- Executes any other organizational function assigned by your immediate supervisor/Manager and in the interest of the business purposes;
Requirments
Academic Qualification:
- First Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering & Second degree in Business Management, Management, Marketing Management other relevant fields of study

Years of experience: More than 15 years of relevant working experience with background experience in Marketing Management which 6 years in a managerial position
