Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and follow through on calls with current and prospective customers
- Prioritize and facilitate customers’ requests according to urgencies and sales needs
- Assists in Developing strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a sales team
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective customers
- Inform customers of current promotion activities and discounts
- Respond to customers’ requests accurately
- Advise customers on suitable products/services that best suit their needs
- Assists in working out detailed sales plans/strategies to promote new products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Maintain positive business-customer relationships in an effort to ensure customers satisfaction
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management review
- Source and work customer referrals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Monitor work performances and timely fill gaps to address customers’ needs
Requirements
Academic qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Management
Additional qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential (local regional language is an additional asset)
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Well-organized work ethic
- Sales promotion and assessment skills
