Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in staff planning, recruitment, induction, development, appraisal and performance management and contract termination are in line with HR policies and procedures;
  • Support in all HR administration tasks including short listing, update database, arrange interviews, on boarding and induction;
  • Assist and follow-up vacancies announcements and timely collection of CVs;
  • Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position including reference checking;
  • Manage personnel files in line with the organization’s HR guidelines;
  • make sure staff insurance, pension and other requirements are fulfilled on a timely manner;
  • Facilitate activities such meetings, travel, training and staff gathering/retreat;
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences in a professional manner;
  • Review office newsletters and prepare a summary for bids announcement related to the company objectives;
  • Report monthly tax and related reports to the appropriate concerned body;
  • Deposit and collect cash/checks to bank and fro client;
  • Follow-up payments status with client by consulting the finance officer;
  • Ensures office running budgets are not overspent, identifying variations and taking corrective action
  • Perform other duties assigned and delegated by the General Manager

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Management or related fields

Additional qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential
  • Excellent  inter and Intra-personal communication skill
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organized and have positive attitude
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Years of experience:

  • 2 years experience directly in the fields
